If you’ve visited one of Build-A-Bear 400 locations and have built your very own bear, you may be interested in the Build-A-Bear survey website where you can share your opinions about your Build-A-Bear experience, in exchange for a chance to enter a sweepstake for $1000 US dollars.Advertisement:
The sweepstake runs from December the 29th, 2013 to June the 28th, 2014 and participants must be a legal citizen of the United States, Colombia, Puerto Rico, Canada, the Republic of Ireland or the United Kingdom and be at least 18 years of age to enter. The survey is manged by Foresee and independent company and all responses are kept strictly confidential.

To complete the survey you’ll need to enter your Build-A-Bear Workshop receipt code, which you’ll find at the bottom of your receipt, just above the bar-code. Once you’ve entered your receipt’s code, simply select your age group and you’ll be guided through a series of questions including questions on customer service, merchandise quality and variety and the layout of the Build-A-Bear Workshop you visited.
Alternatively, if you live in the United States, you can enter the sweepstake by mail by writing your name, address, date of birth and phone number on a 3 by 5 piece of paper and mail it to the Guest Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes Manger, Build-A-Bear Workshop, 1954 Innerbelt Business Center Drive, St Louis, MO 63114.
If you’re the lucky winner of the sweepstake you’ll be contacted by telephone, on or after June the 28th, 2014.
Build-A-Bear Workshop gives children and adults of all ages the opportunity to build and customize a stuffed animal of their choice.
